There is not a day that goes by without us all hearing of some dramatic, new and permanent event that has been caused by climate change. The trouble is that although these events affect us all, action by Governments is piecemeal; there is no unanimous agreement on how to counteract these trends and often the biggest Carbon emitting culprits refuse to tie themselves down to any meaningful action or targets. In the meantime, ordinary people are left with the feeling that there is little they can do to bring about major change...but that is not true; it never has been!
